SEC Terminates Informal Investigation into Jones Soda Company
In a letter from the San Francisco Regional Office received on October 25, 2007, the Company was further advised that the Commission staff does not intend to recommend any enforcement action by the Commission.
01/11/07 Jones Soda Co. announced that it has been advised that an informal investigation relating to trading by some Company Officers and Directors, which was being conducted by the staff of the San Francisco Regional Office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, has been terminated.
In a letter from the San Francisco Regional Office received on October 25, 2007, the Company was further advised that the Commission staff does not intend to recommend any enforcement action by the Commission. The letter also states that this information was provided under the guidelines of Securities Act Release No. 5310.
