SAFC Supply Solutions Introduces a Wide Range of Food-Grade Certified Products

02/07/07 SAFC Supply Solutions, an SAFC business segment and member of the Sigma-Aldrich Group, has announced the availability of over 350 food-grade certified products as part of the inventory of 1,700 aroma chemicals within its Flavors & Fragrances (F&F) product line. This follows the completion of a dedicated storage and packaging facility for these products and a successful American Institute of Baking (AIB) cGMP audit.

SAFC Supply Solutions' F&F quality management system is designed to be compliant with global food-grade standards, including EC/178/2002, 88/388/EEC and 21 CFR 110, across its vast range of products and is one of the leading suppliers that can offer food-grade products in difficult-to-obtain quantities of 25 Kg or less. These products are featured in SAFC's 2007-2008 Flavors & Fragrances catalog, which contains an extensive listing of synthetics, certified naturals and essential oils, redi-packs, and pre-packaged samples, including a broad range of Kosher-certified and high-quality synthetic products.
