Innovative gelatine applications showcased at Gulfood will include Bee Gums - new soft gummies flavoured with pure honey, Tof'Gums - the first gummy with toffee flavour, Rousselot Delight – grained and ultra-soft "gummies", Mint marshmallows, and a reduced in-fat-and-sugar chocolate brownie.
