Rainer Grimm Appointed New Wild CFO
During the past four years he was Group CFO at Symrise. Together with the CEO, he led the Symrise IPO, one of the most successful ones in 2006 with a proceeds of the issue of about 1.4 Billion Euro.
07/01/08 Effective January 1, 2008 Rainer Grimm (55) assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for WILD Group, Heidelberg, Germany.
Rainer Grimm holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Natal, Durban/ South Africa. After being admitted as a Chartered Accountant in South Africa, he worked for different international accounting firms. Mr Grimm took on various leading financial roles, e.g. at Telerent Fernseh- Mietservice KG, Macroton AG or Deutsche Papier Group. During the past four years he was Group CFO at Symrise. Together with the CEO, he led the Symrise IPO, one of the most successful ones in 2006 with a proceeds of the issue of about 1.4 Billion Euro.
