This clean label, non-GMO solution is a presoaked blend of sprouted whole rye, wheat and triticale grains infused with a mild fermentation flavor. Sapore Softgrain Sprouted Grain CL adds a touch of roasted crusty flavor to multigrain soft & crusty breads, buns and crackers.
