26/06/09 The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has approved the acquisition of certain fresh milk operations from National Foods.
Parmalat announces that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has approved the previously announced acquisition of some of National Foods’ fresh milk manufacturing operations in New South Wales (NSW), and South Australia (SA).
The completion of the transfer shall take place on 27 July, 2009.
