NuVim, Inc. Takes Control of All Distribution Channels of New Powder Version of Popular Health Drink

01/05/06 NuVim, Inc. announced today that distribution of the powder version of NuVim's exclusive dietary supplement will now be the direct responsibility of NuVim, Inc. This new formulation of the healthy beverage choice that helps build the immune system, muscle flexibility, and athletic performance was launched in January.

NuVim, Inc. has agreed to purchase all the outstanding ownership of the powder distribution company, promoting smoother integration of the three NuVim businesses.

-- NuVim sells the refrigerated 64 ounce cartons of their products in the refrigerated juice sections of 2,500 supermarkets and the Southeast region's 312 Wal-Mart supercenters. This family size is purchased primarily by women for the whole family consumption while at home.

-- The NuVim 16 ounce bottle is sold to the food service markets for drinking while on the go.

-- The powder version is now sold through the NuVim internet web-site www.nuvim.com and soon will be available through nutritional affiliate web-sites.
