Nordzucker and Wilmar Sugar Form Sourcing Cooperation

Feb 16 2012 --- Nordzucker AG and Wilmar Sugar Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Wilmar International Limited, have agreed to cooperate in the sourcing of Raw Sugar for the European market and on the marketing of EU-sugar outside the European Union. In addition, both partners will jointly evaluate opportunities for further cooperation within Sugar.
