Niutang Sucralose Patent Litigation Successfully Concluded

02/06/09 Changzhou Niutang, one of the largest global manufacturers of sucralose, and its U.S. subsidiary, US Niutang, announced that Tate & Lyle will not appeal the recent decision made by the U.S. International Trade Commission that decisively rejected Tate & Lyle's infringement allegations against Niutang. In addition, Tate & Lyle has requested a voluntary dismissal of the patent infringement allegations it brought against Niutang in the United States District Court.
