New ERP System for Unicorn Grain Specialties
26 Feb 2015 --- Unicorn Grain Specialties, international producer of natural functional ingredients for Feed and Food industry, is investing in a new ERP system.
To serve the customer even better Unicorn will continue to invest in the organization and its employees in 2015.
In 2014 we started with the creation of a new ERP system. This will be launched in the spring of 2015. Representatives from all departments, jointly with external consultants of Alfa-Beta Solutions from Arnhem, have long been engaged in preparing this project in detail.
All major business processes are examined and accurately mapped. Where possible improvements have been made.
Meanwhile the design of the system is almost finished and we will start with extensive testing. Many test scenarios have been written for this in advance.
The learning and training program for all users of Unicorn have been put into motion.
All customers will be informed personally on the possible changes that will entail the transition to the Infor M3 system.
