LAMINEX Super 3G, a New Brewing Enzyme

Danisco’s enzyme brewing team has developed an upgrade of the LAMINEX Super. LAMINEX Super 3G will provide additional cost savings in the beer filtration step by boosting capacity due to longer cycle time and reduced down time.

08/05/09 The product will be launched May 10, 2009 and coincides with the European Brewery Convention (EBC) in Hamburg, May 10-14, 2009.

With the new LAMINEX Super 3G, brewhouse bottlenecks will be even more relieved by an up to 10% faster lautering process. Furthermore, LAMINEX Super 3G will provide additional cost savings in the beer filtration step by boosting capacity due to longer cycle time and reduced down time.

Product Manager, Ulf Brøchner Sørensen is pleased with these important improvements, which he believes: “will bring significant and very relevant benefits to the customers – faster throughput, better filtration and cost efficiency.”

The closure will result in the loss of all 105 jobs in Oud Gastel.
