Committed to support its partners from development up to finished product manufacturing, Lallemand Manufacturing Services becomes a partner of choice for industrial customers willing to have their freeze-dried bacteria produced to the highest quality standards (ISO 9001, FAMI-QS, HACCP and ICHQ7A up to GMP Pharma for finished product compliance). In addition, Lallemand Manufacturing Services offers access to the company’s patented technology platforms for the protection of live bacteria for specific applications: STAR enterocoating technology and Probiocap microencapsulation technology.
With 75 years of expertise in the development and fermentation of bacteria, Lallemand will offer tailored solutions to accommodate the needs of its customers through a dedicated team: process development, scale-up, industrial production (fermentation, freeze-drying, formulation, packaging); providing anything from bulk active ingredients to ready-to-market finished products.
Lallemand Manufacturing Services operates three bacteria production facilities located in France (Aurillac), Canada (Montreal) and in the US (Milwaukee), offering flexible production capacities, from pilot bioreactors (2L up to 100L) for process development up to 20m3 bioreactor for large-scale fermentations.
