03 Jan 2017 --- Breakfast is supposed to be the most important meal of the day but children are eating around half the daily recommended intake of sugar before they even leave for school because of sugar-laden breakfast cereals, juices, spreads and other sweetened breakfast choices. According to Public Health England, the average English child is stacking up so much on sugar before even leaving the house, they have eaten the equivalent of three cubes of sugar (11g) every morning.
