Ingredion Europe Highlights Infant Nutrition Capabilities

The first, UNI-PURE IMF 8561, is a rice-based starch which delivers viscosity to infant formulae, preventing regurgitation and aiding digestion.
UNI-PURE IMF 2332 starch encapsulates fats and oils in hydrolysed or milk-protein-free infant formulae, opening up the market to manufacturers of products for infants with specialised dietary requirements.
UNI-PURE IMF 8561 and UNI-PURE IMF 2332 starches have been manufactured to high microbiological standards, ensuring industry-leading quality in delicate infant formulae applications. Forming a core part of Ingredion’s Clinical and Infant Nutrition portfolio, the two ingredients are easily identifiable by the IMF (infant milk formula) suffix, enhancing customer clarity and peace of mind.
