Global Beverage Solutions acquires additional 44 Percent of EON Beverage Group

26/01/06 Global Beverage Solutions, Inc. has completed the acquisition of an additional 44% of EON Beverage, Inc. for 1,750,000 shares of GBVS common stock increasing its ownership to 53%.

"This represents a higher level of commitment of GBVS to the structured water content in our Rudy line of beverages," stated Richard Clark, CEO of Global Beverage Solutions, Inc.

We will provide the Rudy Beverage line with a superior hydrating, nutritional and reduced sugar content energy drink for athletes of all ages."
