Fresh Choice emerges from Chapter 11
Introduces new restaurant menu options, meets customer demand for healthier, tastier offerings.
26/12/05 Fresh Choice, Inc. has announced that on December 21, 2005 its Plan of Reorganization, as previously confirmed by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, became effective. Fresh Choice will emerge from Chapter 11 as a privately held company.

Fresh Choice, Inc. (www.freshchoice.com) operates 33 restaurants, 30 of which are under the Fresh Choice and Zoopa brand names in California (28), the state of Washington (1) and Texas (1). The Company's Fresh Choice and Zoopa restaurants offer customers an extensive selection of high quality, freshly-prepared traditional and specialty salads, hot pasta dishes, pizza, soups, bakery goods and desserts in a self-service format.
