The price of guar gum has experienced sharp rise and decrease from 2012 to 2014. Guar Gum is a natural thickening agent used extensively in the commercial food industry, which is primarily the ground endosperm of guar beans. The guar bean is principally grown in India, Pakistan, US, Australia and Africa.
