EskoArtwork Introduces Innovative Packaging Design and Brand Management Solutions

The company will demonstrate how these tools, specifically developed for packaging design and production professionals, provide profitable benefits to brand owners.

Aug 12 2010 --- EskoArtwork  will present its range of packaging design and QA tools at Luxe Pack 2010, which takes place from October 21-23 in Monaco. The company will demonstrate how these tools, specifically developed for packaging design and production professionals, provide profitable benefits to brand owners: increased productivity and creativity, error reduction and faster speed-to-market. EskoArtwork can be found at stand DB21 in Hall Diaghilev. The company will also participate in the Innovation Forum and present its solutions on Thursday October 21 at 14.00.

The highlight at the show is Studio 10, EskoArtwork's comprehensive and integrated portfolio of interactive 3D packaging design tools, comprising Studio Designer, the different Studio Toolkits, Studio Visualizer and the new Shapes online library of 3D packaging Shapes. Studio helps designers produce accurate artwork by enabling them to create direct in 3D. The resulting visuals are representative of the real production artwork. Studio allows packaging professionals to unleash their design creativity while ensuring total brand consistency and technical accuracy.

In addition, Studio is an effective quality assurance tool, as the 3D preview helps correct design flaws as early in the process as possible. And because Studio exports industry-standard file formats 3D PDF, QuickTime movies, jpg users can reduce shipping costs and time by emailing brand owners a virtual mock-up in the form of a 3D-enabled PDF file. Meanwhile the brand owner benefits because the faster approval process reduces their time to market.

Visitors to the EskoArtwork stand will also learn more about WebCenter, a secure internet-based collaboration solution with unique packaging functions. The global marketplace makes it imperative that businesses can collaborate and communicate across countries and continents. WebCenter enables information to be stored centrally and shared globally, which eliminates communication errors and long approval cycles, and reduces costs.

Dynamic Content for Adobe Illustrator will also be showcased during Luxe Pack. This plug-in establishes dynamic links between brand owners and their suppliers, using XML to connect to the brand owner’s content management system. Dynamic Content gives designers full control over formatting and the positioning of objects, and enables the brand owner to edit and maintain text from outside IllustratorCS.
