17 Oct 2012 --- DuPont Nutrition & Health has announced a global price increase of its GRINDSTED hydrocolloid range, from the DuPont Danisco ingredient portfolio, effective Nov. 1, 2012, or when contracts are renewed. "In general the increase is 10-15% but certain products and types can be much higher depending upon the 'degree of standardization'," a spokesperson at DuPont Nutrition & Health confirmed to FoodIngredientsFirst.
