C.K. Foods Announces Name Change to CK Ingredients

Effective July 18th, 2012, C.K. Foods Inc. and its CK Nutritional Ingredients division become a single entity named CK Ingredients Inc.

26 jul 2012 --- Toronto-based C.K. Foods Inc., a leading Canadian supplier of innovative functional and nutritional raw materials to food, beverage, dietary supplement and natural health product markets, announced that it has changed its legal name for the first time in the company’s thirty-year history. Effective July 18th, 2012, C.K. Foods Inc. and its CK Nutritional Ingredients division become a single entity named CK Ingredients Inc.

Company management stresses that there will be no change in ownership and that its core values of integrity, commitment to quality and service excellence, and focus on long-term relationships with both clients and supplier partners are as strong as ever.

Our singular focus on ingredients and our move into dietary supplements and related markets whittled down the relevance of our founding name.
