CJ BIO inaugurates natural savory flavor manufacturing facility in Indonesia
29 May 2020 --- Supplier of fermentation-based bio-products, CJ BIO, officially inaugurated a natural flavor ingredient manufacturing facility in Jombang, Indonesia at a recent opening ceremony. The new production facility will allow CJ BIO to produce thousands of tons of TasteNrich, the new innovative natural culinary solution platform. It will assure a sustainable supply for customers and strengthen CJ’s position in the savory solution space.

Consumers today are paying more attention to their health, especially what they eat every day and where it comes from. Food safety, trust, transparency and sustainability are the highlighted key-features, reflecting on consumers’ expectations, notes the company.
TasteNrich enables food product developers and manufacturers to achieve clean label and worry-free claims such as non-GMO, non-allergen, non-animal and Halal/Kosher certified as well.
As a natural savory flavor, it upgrades authentic flavor by delivering richness and fullness in culinary applications. It can be used in a wide range of all food categories such as sauces, seasonings, soups, noodles, and HMR, but also innovative products such as plant-based meat alternatives and vegetarian food.
