The management of Brasil Foods S.A. (BRF) announced that the Plenary Session of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE) has approved the Association between BRF and Sadia S.A., contingent on the compliance with the provisions contained in the Performance Agreement (“TCD”), also signed yesterday.
