Bracero Tequila’s New Website Highlights Spirit of the Brand, Authenticity
22 Aug 2014 --- Bracero Tequila, a great-tasting, story-based spirit distributed by Sage Beverages, unveiled a new website at the Bracero website highlighting the spirit of the brand and the authentic, handmade production process that goes into making each bottle of Bracero.
“The new Bracero Tequila website reflects the spirit of the brand. We’re excited to give consumers and retailers a virtual look at Bracero’s handmade production process and to share the history behind its name,” said Sage Beverages CEO Kevin Swadish. “It’s clear the extra work and effort that goes into producing each bottle of Bracero make for a better-tasting, authentic bottle of tequila.”
Key features of the new Bracero website include:
- “Our Story” focusing on the history behind Bracero Tequila’s name. A short video lets visitors learn more about the Bracero name honoring the Mexican laborers who came to the United States in the 1940’s to help fill the massive labor shortage created by the nation’s involvement in World War II.
- “Our Process” detailing the production process in a web video. Every step of the Bracero process is done by hand: it starts in the soil of the Jalisco highlands where they plant and harvest 100% blue agave using the same techniques, tools and traditions that have been passed down for generations.
- “Our Products” describing the Añejo, Reposado and Blanco tequilas. Made from 100% Blue Agave grown around El Arenal, Bracero Tequila is aged in white oak bourbon barrels, giving it a sweet, caramel taste unique only to Bracero.
- “Our Cause” linking visitors to Remember Bracero, the non-profit 501(c)(3) organization created by Bracero Tequila to provide college scholarships and educational access programs to lineal descendants of members of the Bracero Program and to tell the story of Bracero.
