Black Sea Gold Series With New Wine Before Vinaria
20 Feb 2013 --- Brand Black Sea Gold is focused on combining Vine with Wine to create wines that are unique in their nature and origin. The grapes for this wine is selected and controlled Pomoriiskiya own vineyards in the region.
Mikrovinarstvoto inherently unique process of wine production, which means hand-picking the grapes in small boxes and careful selection of bunches and berries. Vintage selected the best moment of maturity and highly limited yield. To preserve the freshness of the grapes are picked only in the morning in small boxes and transported in refrigerated trucks. To reveal its full potential, the grapes are processed in very small EV dishes and the wine is monitored for sugar and density of several stages of production. "Salt Hills" is a new series of wines "Black Gold" and is a reference to the mineral purity which grapes can only acquire near Pomorie.
Red wine on Salty Hills will attract lovers of k upazh four grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon , Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Syrah , which combine in a superb blend, offering a sense of black currant, ripe juicy cherries, coffee and dark chocolate.
White wine from the new series will be presented days before the international contest "Winery" 2013 in March.
