The World Gourmet Symposium is a part of the Western Australia Gourmet Escape presented by Westpac (8-17 Nov 2019), a 10 day program of extraordinary events across Perth, Swan Valley and Margaret River. A truly magical showcase of Western Australia’s premium produce and wine, with celebrated international and Australian culinary talent.
In the past seven years, some of the biggest names in the culinary world have visited the event including the likes of Nigella Lawson, Heston Blumenthal, Marco Pierre White, Curtis Stone, and Rick Stein to help us showcase WA’s finest wines, craft beers, and amazing local produce.
A once-a-year chance to feast, sip and party your way through an array of new fine dining and casual events with some of the worlds best chefs plus now the program has an event dedicated to the industry with the inaugural World Gourmet Symposium.
