New Solutions for Gluten Free Products

Based on their 30-year experience in gluten-free ingredients, LCI can help food industries meet organoleptic and technical challenges in bakery, pastry, biscuits, pasta and meat products. Their range of gluten-free ingredients gives authentic and functional gluten-free solutions.
