But while we have been planning, the impact of COVID-19 has hit the world, so now we're presenting this flagship event as a virtual conference, offered free to all South Australian food and beverage industry professionals, including service providers and related businesses, and we're inviting our non-SA-based participants to register for just $50. 

Our expert speakers are across the key trends and challenges - and on the impact of COVID-19, so join us for this important opportunity to learn, be inspired and make sure your business really is Fit for the Future.

This event will be live-streamed from the Ian McLachlan Room at Adelaide Oval. There will be opportunities to interact throughout the day and to participate in Q&A sessions with the speakers.  The Summit will be recorded and will be available for attendees to access after the event.
