    INTERVIEW PODCAST: Ohly Address Authentic and Ethnic Flavors Using Yeast Based Umami Extract

    At IFT 2017, Ohly presented a new yeast extract called SAV-R-FULL which provides umami and salty taste and highlights the aroma profile of recipes.
