Paradise Fruits Solutions (was Unterelbe-Früchte) is a specialist fruit inclusions manufacturer. We offer a range of high fruit content granulates, shapes and pastes that feature low water activity, bake stability and unique formulation design that can be customised to suit a range of product applications including; chocolate, confectionery, bakery products, cereal and granola bars, breakfast cereals and fruit snacking.
Paradise Fruits Solutions was established in 1986 in Northern Germany as part of the fifth generation Jahncke Family Group. Its success and ability to deliver innovative and high quality solutions has seen the company grow to become a trusted partner to many of today’s leading-brand food manufacturers, marketers and retailers.
Recent investment has focused on the introduction of 100% fruit snack concepts including three-dimensional customised shapes which can be taken direct to market by retailers and emerging brands.

Paradise Fruits Solutions uses a gentle concentration process that reduces, fruit purees and juices and other ingredients to low water activity, high fruit inclusions and snacks. This method of preparation produces quality, naturally preservative and additive free, clean label fruit ingredient solutions that are robust enough to withstand commercial food manufacturing processes.
We offer a flexible and customised development approach with all our products. All formats and formulations can be tailored to suit your project and application requirements. Almost any fruits or fruit combinations are possible e.g. vegetables, herbs and spices or the addition of functional ingredients. Certified Organic (BIO), Kosher, and Halal options are available.
Product formats include: Pure Fruit Shapes, High Brix Pastes, Fruit Juice Drops and Fruit Granulates.
