This is why the company was able to showcase four different demos at FiE 2017, two of which were vegan and the other two were both protein fortified – an indulgent truffle bite and a high-protein savory snack. The company comes at its development from a position of passion; for example, Butler is not vegan herself but loves the innovation associated within the space.
