Clear Valley natural cooking & frying oil is made with 100 percent canola oil. In conformance with the U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policy regarding natural claims, Clear Valley natural cooking & frying oil contains nothing artificial or synthetic (including color additives). The result is a clean-tasting oil, ideal for hot or cold menu items – so now there’s nothing to get between restaurant customers and the taste of their food.

Clear Valley natural cooking & frying oil is a high oleic canola oil that delivers the same nutritional benefits featured in earlier generations of Clear Valley brand products. This natural product is low in saturated fat (one gram per serving) and has zero grams trans fat per 14 gram serving.

The product’s favorable nutritional profile creates appeal for consumers, who are increasingly demanding foods prepared with lower trans fats and saturated fats, with no compromise in enjoyment or taste.

Because it resists oxidation and the development of flavor “off” notes, this new oil is versatile enough to use for frying, sautéing, baking, marinades, sauces, and dressings.
