28 Jun 2010 --- The Great Place to Work Institute Europe has ranked Novozymes 32nd among the 1,300 companies that participated in this year’s annual survey of great places to work in Europe. The company was ranked 6th among Danish companies.

As a Danish-based company that is growing and becoming increasingly international, Novozymes has worked in a focused way over several years to improve leadership competencies, boost global employee engagement, simplify work processes, and develop the company's network-based culture.

This effort was recognized when Novozymes was recently ranked by the Great Place to Work Institute as number 32 among the best companies to work for in Europe and number 6 among Danish companies for 2010.

This recognition not only reinforces Novozymes’ commitment to its human resources management policies, but is also linked to the company’s business model, which is thriving in a world with growing concerns about sustainability issues.
