14 Mar 2013 --- MGP Ingredients, Inc. has reported results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2012. Net income for the fourth quarter was $180,000, or $0.01 earnings per diluted share, compared with net income of $16.1 million, or $0.89 per diluted share, in the prior year.
