Since the raw materials are processed with water, they only contain some naturally occurring sugars which are present in the concentrate. The EXBERRY Coloring Foods are standardized and highly concentrated meaning that relatively low levels are required to impart a good color and as such the level of sugar contribution is not significant in most cases.”

Precise color concepts for universal application
From yellow, orange and red to pink, brown, blue or green – the savory range offers all required shades. They can be used in all applications ranging from meat and meat analogues, UHT and instant soups, wet and dry mix sauces to dips and dressings as well as pickles and seasonings. Since they are available as powder or liquid, they are suitable to meet any requirement. During handling, there is no staining of process equipment, which significantly facilitates production processes.

As with all of GNT’s solutions, the new concentrates have standardized coloring properties – as opposed to commonly used spices.
