Jan 31 2012 --- ProProcure Ltd, the Marketing Spend Management Company, announces that they have formed a partnership with SABMiller plc., one of the world's largest brewers with brewing interests and distribution agreements across 75 countries in six continents, to act as their Global Brands PoS partner.

SABMiller require a wide range of branded PoS materials to support the development of their brands around the globe and have chosen ProProcure to provide a complete spend management solution which includes supply chain management. As Global Brands PoS partner ProProcure work alongside the SABMiller Global Brand teams, and their agencies, to identify, develop, market and then distribute the core ranges of PoS marketing collateral for SABMiller Global Brands including Pilsner Urquell, Peroni Nastro Azzurro and Grolsch. All PoS materials are made available to the SABMiller teams through an e-procurement web-shop designed, built and hosted by ProProcure on their Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.

One of ProProcure’s first end-user initiatives was to launch SABMiller’s first series of online Global Brands PoS Buying Events. The events, held across brands, have the key objective of ensuring brand consistency in local markets as well as price reductions via economies of scale principles. The first events were deemed a great success with positive user feedback and price reductions of up to 46%. Further events will take place every 3-4 months.
