Already successful in the US, this unique range of ingredients effectively maximizes the natural sensory properties of horticultural products to capture the freshest, most authentic flavors nature has to offer.
Suitable for a wide variety of applications, the range includes distinct profiles including tea, coffee, fruit and vegetables, botanicals and vanilla.
Backed by 130 years of experience, Synergy’s proprietary processing technology distinguishes the Synergy Pure range. Thanks to gentle, reduced-heat processing and vacuum evaporation systems, the essences and extracts maintain the delicate horticultural flavor components of the raw materials, while the degradation of healthy, naturally-present nutrients, such as anti-oxidants and polyphenols, is minimized.
