IMCD Creates FiE Showcase That Covers All Trends
17 Nov 2015 --- IMCD Food & Nutrition’s technical team will be presenting six brand new formulations at FiE in Paris Nord Villepinte, France at the beginning of December.
Created using a range of ingredients from IMCD’s suppliers, these formulations all satisfy one or more of the newest market trends currently relevant in the food industry, namely: clear labels, convenience, millennials, snacks, good fats/good carbohydrates, right protein, real fruit, frozen foods, and texture focus.
In terms of food market sectors, the new formulations cover dairy, nutrition, savoury, beverage, confectionary and fruits & vegetables. Each formulation has been developed by IMCD’s application technologists and is a result of ingredient innovation together with a passion for application understanding, new product development, and knowledge of the latest market trends.
