4 April 2012 --- Azelis announces that they have been appointed distributor by leading hydrocolloid producer CP Kelco C&I Division, to service the Personal Care, Pharmaceutical and selected industrial sectors in Russia. The agreement commenced on April 1st.

Both companies have enjoyed a successful relationship for many years and the new arrangement supplements existing agreements in France, UK, Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria and Turkey.

This move is seen as extremely positive for both sides. Benoit Fritz, Azelis Group Principal Director adds, “Azelis is delighted to extend our relationship with CP Kelco in Russia. Multiregional agreements like the one with have with CP Kelco are allowing us to maximize our value proposition and services to our strategic partners.”

Azelis established operations in Russia in 2008 and are headed up by Country Manager Igor Loginov. “We will utilize our international logistics infrastructure offering flexibility of shipment size from regularly audited facilities. This, together with local warehousing, stringent SHEQ standards and full REACH compliance, plus dedicated local technical and commercial support, will enable Azelis to offer effective penetration of the attractive growth market for CP Kelco products in Russia” he adds.
