Gee Lawson Merges with LEHVOSS UK
02 Feb 2017 --- After being acquired already in 2015 by LEHVOSS Group Gee Lawson, a specialty distributor for nutritional ingredients has merged as from January, 1st of 2017 with LEHVOSS UK, a fully owned subsidiary of LEHVOSS Group. The brand name and business philosophy will remain as before. Gee Lawson is now capable to operate from the wide-spread European affiliate network of LEHVOSS Group and enlarge its international market reach effectively.
Speaking to FoodIngredientsFirst, Ivan Pennington, Managing Director for LEHVOSS, said: “The merger allows Gee Lawson access to the LEHVOSS groups network across Europe and globally in the future.”

“Part of a significant investment by LEHVOSS UK in a new UK head office a laboratory facility has been included specifically to allow formulation work for Nutritional applications which allows Gee Lawson to further improve its partnerships with our loyal customer base.”
